Recruitment position: Mechanical Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and design mechanical components, draw product assembly drawings and component diagrams;
2. Classify and manage drawings, manuals, and product samples, survey spare parts, modify drawings, and confirm and countersign them;
3. Assist in solving problems that arise during the production process, including installation, production, and acceptance issues;
4. Participate in mechanical maintenance and repair of factory facilities, production equipment, and auxiliary equipment;
5. Develop an installation support plan, inspect and debug new equipment, and explain mechanical principles and repair essentials to maintenance personnel to solve problems that may arise during the installation process;
6. Complete other related tasks assigned by the leader.

Qualifications for the position:

1. Bachelor's degree in mechanical design or related majors, with a master's degree preferred;

Recruitment position: Composite Materials Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Development of composite materials, product scheme design, and production manufacturing;
2. Collaborate with design, process, and production departments to provide support for material development for new projects;
3. Provide consultation, problem analysis, and solutions from the development stage of composite materials to the mass production stage;
4. Able to independently prepare technical documents (specifications, etc.), including technical requirements for future composite materials and 3D printing materials;
5. Responsible for planning material selection, material verification, and material testing for the company's new projects;
6. Responsible for the production of 3D printing wires, as well as the start-up, operation, mold replacement, and debugging of PLA single screw and twin-screw extruders, to solve problems that arise during the operation of the extruder equipment and ensure its normal operation;
7. Complete other related tasks assigned by the leader.

Qualifications for the position:

1. Proficient in common composite material forming processes such as hot press cans, RTM, infusion, VARTM, etc;
2. Bachelor's degree in composite materials, materials engineering or related majors, with a master's degree preferred;
3. At least 1 year of experience in composite material design and manufacturing;
4. Familiar with the performance, testing methods, and manufacturing process of composite materials, familiar with the working principle of single/twin-screw extruders, with experience in extruder operation, proficient in using engineering design and analysis software such as CAE;
5. Priority will be given to those who hold relevant professional qualification certificates.
